Rafael Balaguer

Rafael is driven by a mission to, in his own words, “help any business be worth people’s time, attention, and money.” He started his media career at San Francisco ad agency Eleven, where he grew into an indispensable strategist and manager on the Virgin America and Visa accounts. He then jumped to the client side, joining Charles Schwab, where he established the digital paid advertising arm for Schwab’s content marketing hub. Following Schwab, he launched his own consulting firm, where he further honed his paid social skills. He joined Most Likely To in 2020, becoming every client’s digital media ace in the hole. Rafael has a B.S. in business management from Babson College, where he was founder of the HOLA Latin American Club, and the Babson Dance Ensemble.
